In order to maintain the highest levels of quality and service for you and your guests, all box lunch orders must be submitted based on the minimum advance notice indicated below:

Sunday Box Lunch Orders Unavailable (kitchen closed)

We receive a high volume of box lunch order requests on a daily basis, so your advance notice allows us ample time to provide you with the high quality care and attention you deserve, with no need to feel rushed or become anxious. This includes reviewing your order, invoicing, scheduling on-time delivery, making any requested changes, processing payment, prepping fresh ingredients, and finally, 100% accurate production of your box lunches, made fresh-to-order by our professional culinary team.

If you believe that you may have additional rsvp's between submitting your final box lunch order and your event date, we recommend increasing your final order by a small margin to account for any last minute added guests, as requests for changes after your order has been processed are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

To better ensure availability, we strongly recommend securing your box lunch event date with us as far in advance as possible. Box lunch orders requests are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and subject to availability. Please do not hesitate to contact us today with the details of your upcoming box lunch order. A 5% service charge (rush order fee) will apply to all rush box lunch orders received after 10:00am three (3) business days preceding your requested delivery date, subject to availability.

Complimentary black or white rectangle table linens are available free of charge with your box lunch order delivery, for your box lunch setup table(s) only. The number of table linens requested must be appropriate for the number of tables required to setup the number of box lunches ordered. Linens intended for check-in tables, guest tables, etc. are subject to standard linen rental rates. Client is responsible for returning table linens to our catering office within one (1) business day. Return pick up service is available for an investment of $8.00 per table linen requested (subject to service charge and tax if applicable). Table linen requests must be made at the time of placing your box lunch order. Table linens are subject to availability.
